At ViewTech Kaline, we want you to be fully satisfied with your computer product purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund and return options:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in new, unused condition, with the original packaging and any accompanying accessories.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the product.
- We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without tracking.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- If the product is in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
5. Defective or Damaged Products

- We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items and will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items

- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods.
- Gift cards.
